Our author recommendations

I just adore reading. I am  I think it carries you away into another world and you can actually feel like the character. This is the reason my favourite author is Jacqueline Wilson. She writes the stories as if it's herself and explains the person's thoughts and feelings really well. Jacqueline Wilson started writing at the age of 12 without being told by anyone. I also love reading J.K. Rowling books because there is so much tension and pressure and they make your heart beat fast and your eyes move fast. You keep wanting to read more.

I love to read. My Mum says I'm a book worm. That's why my favourite author is J.K.Rowling. I love all the tension in her books, like in book four, The Goblet of Fire, near the end when Lord Voldermort comes back to his full power after being weak for many long years. Once you start reading J.K.Rowling's books you won't be able to stop reading them. I love J.K.Rowling's books because she really got me hooked.  By Abby

Me and my dad love reading. We love Bear Grylls!!!He is my favorite author because he is an actor, spokesperson and lots more.I love his tv programs Man vsWild because its so intense when he does amazing stuff. I love it when he finds food to eat. He's ate fish, raw fish, zebra, camel, lion, turtle and lots more. Do you know that hes faced and fighted lions, elephants, hippos, rhinos and even a giraffe!!! So back to his author apperance, I love his books like Gold of the gods, way of the wolf,Sands of the scorpion and tracks of the tiger. They are fiction. I'm reading a non-fiction book called Living Wild. Its about his life and how to survive it. So what i'm trying to say is that me and my dad love Bear Grylls.

I LIKE bear Grylls because he is a adventurist and he likes to do risky things like

jumping of high things killing things you don't want to eat like snake

and you will not be like him because its dangerous

to do stuff like that you probably wont last two

days with no food
